ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

Intake and Assessment Coordinator

Hanover CBT is actively seeking an Intake and Assessment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients seeking care and support.

At our practice, we believe that compassion starts with connection. As our Intake & Assessment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for new and returning clients—guiding them with care and compassion.

In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll support both our clients and clinicians by thoughtfully coordinating care, managing appointments, and making sure every detail is handled with warmth and precision. Your work will help create a smooth and supportive experience from the first phone call through the start of care—and beyond.

We’d love to work with someone who brings experience in customer service—ideally in a medical or wellness setting—and communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and conversation. The right fit will be friendly, organized, and comfortable managing multiple details at once. You should feel confident using tools like Office 365 and email systems, and approach client interactions with empathy, especially during times of stress or vulnerability. We're looking for a collaborative team member with a growth mindset, who is open to feedback, understands the importance of client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and has strong time management skills to navigate competing priorities with care and efficiency.
