Health Insurance Information & Guidance


Understanding Your Insurance Coverage 

We do not participate in any insurance networks. We suggest you contact your insurance company using our “Questions for Health Insurance” form to verify that your benefits include coverage for out-of-network providers, as you may be able to submit claims for reimbursement.

Insurance Reimbursement 

Some health insurance policies (with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid) partially or fully reimburse the services of an out-of-network licensed therapist. Hanover CBT will bill you directly, and each month, you will be sent a Superbill, which reflects the prior month’s paid appointments. You will need to submit these Superbills if you wish to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
