Schools

We collaborate with educational teams at schools and colleges to provide wraparound support for our younger clients. We attend 504/IEP meetings, provide assessment and diagnostic information, and make recommendations for psychosocial interventions in academic settings.

Providers

Our clinicians collaborate with pediatricians, primary care providers, psychiatrists, and specialists regularly to enhance communication with a client’s healthcare team. This enables us to provide the highest level of care.

IOP/PHP and Residential Treatment Programs

As part of the assessment process, our first step is to determine the most appropriate level of care. We may determine that a higher level of care is recommended, such as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or residential program. We will provide preliminary assessment, foundational support as well as referrals to educational consultants, or the best available program. Continued communication with the receiving program is offered until the client has successfully established care. Similarly, with previous or new clients who received a higher level of care and are ready to “step-down” to outpatient treatment, we will communicate with the program through the discharge process and facilitate a smooth transition.
