Biography

Millie Sach


Millie Sach is a senior at Dartmouth College, double majoring in Psychology and Mandarin. She works as an honors undergraduate research assistant in Dartmouth’s Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience and Social Systems Laboratories, where she studies pain perception and management, and social network dynamics.

Millie’s internship at Cognitive and Behavioral Consultants in New York has shaped her early clinical career, where she supported Selective Mutism treatment, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She also served as a program assistant for Voices Rising, an intensive program for children ages 5–9 with severe anxiety and selective mutism.

At Hanover CBT, Millie supports clients with compassionate communication and intake services while assisting the clinical team with assessments, research, and practice initiatives that enhance care and community connection.
