Chelsea Ott

Chelsea Ott grew up in Burke, Vermont, and graduated from Lyndon Institute in 2023. She is currently a rising senior at Dartmouth College, where she is double majoring in Psychology and Religious Studies.

Throughout her time at Dartmouth, Chelsea has been actively involved in programs that foster community and service. She is involved as a leader with First-Year Trips, supporting incoming students as they transition to Dartmouth, and has been involved with the First-Generation Low-Income Office, where she works to build community and advocate for first-generation students. She is also a member of Dartmouth Emergency Medical Services (EMS). After earning her Emergency Medical Technician certification during her sophomore year, Chelsea went on to help teach two EMT courses, mentoring students as they developed the knowledge and skills needed to provide emergency medical care.

In addition to her work on campus, Chelsea volunteered with AmeriCorps, where she helped facilitate a pre-college program designed to support students as they prepared for success in higher education. Through this experience, she developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of accessibility, and creating opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds.

During the winter of 2026, Chelsea began working as a Clinical Assistant at Hanover CBT. As an aspiring clinical psychologist and current member of the Hanover CBT administrative team, she values the opportunity to learn about the way in which each person and internal team contributes to providing the highest-quality client care. She approaches her work with empathy, compassion, and a commitment to understanding each individual as a whole person.

Chelsea hopes to pursue a career in clinical psychology, with particular interests in expanding equitable access to healthcare and providing holistic, patient-centered care. She is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents and hopes to support young individuals and families through evidence-based mental health care in a space where they feel seen and supported.
