Online Group Therapy at Hanover CBT
Group therapy at Hanover CBT offers another way for people to access evidence-based care in a supportive, structured setting. These groups are designed to help participants build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and feel less alone in the challenges they are working through. As HCBT expands group offerings, the goal is to make high-quality therapeutic support more accessible to the wider community while maintaining the thoughtful, clinically grounded care that guides the practice.

The group will offer a supportive therapeutic space to explore patterns around eating, body image, dieting, emotional eating, and self-criticism, while learning practical tools rooted in intuitive eating principles.
