A Professional Home for Clinicians Who Value Thoughtful, Collaborative Care
Hanover CBT is built around the belief that strong clinical care depends on more than individual expertise alone.
It also depends on the environment clinicians work within: the quality of collaboration, the seriousness of the clinical work, the strength of the support around providers, and the sense that people are contributing to something thoughtful and durable.
We are interested in building a practice where clinicians can do meaningful work, continue growing, and feel part of a team that takes both care quality and human experience seriously.
Our Approach
Hanover Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapies is an evidence-based psychological practice serving children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families through therapy, assessments, and psychiatry. The work is clinically serious, collaborative, and grounded in a whole-person view of care.
This is not a practice built around speed, volume, or one-size-fits-all treatment. Hanover CBT aims to provide care that is thoughtful, well-supported, and responsive to the person in front of us.
A Professional Home for Clinicians
One of the ideas that has shaped Hanover CBT from the beginning is the belief that clinicians should be able to find a professional home: a place where they feel supported in their work, connected to others, and able to keep developing over time.
That matters not only for the people who work here, but for the people and families who come to Hanover CBT for care. A clinician who is well-supported, well-connected, and able to keep learning is better positioned to offer steady, thoughtful, high-quality care.
Hanover CBT is intentional about building that kind of environment.
How the Team Works
Hanover CBT includes therapists, assessment specialists, psychiatric providers, and support staff working within one practice. That structure allows for more consultation, clearer communication, and a more connected experience of care than would be possible if each part of the work lived in isolation.
Collaboration here is not just a value statement. It is part of how the practice is meant to function. When helpful, clinicians can think together, consult across roles, and contribute to a stronger overall standard of care.
Administrative support also matters. The quality of care is shaped not only by what happens in a session, but by whether communication is handled well, whether systems support the work, and whether clinicians and clients feel held by a practice that is organized and responsive.

Hanover CBT is not only looking for people who can step into a role. It is looking for people who want to contribute to the quality, culture, and future of the practice.
That may include developing clinically, participating thoughtfully in the life of the team, helping shape a strong care environment, and approaching the work with both humility and ownership.
Growth matters here, but it is meant to be intentional. The goal is not simply to expand. It is to build carefully, support clinicians well, and preserve the conditions that make good care more likely.
If you are earlier in training and looking for practicum, postdoctoral, or structured training opportunities, the Clinical Training Program page is the better next step.
